My name is Zach Wong.  I like riding bikes.  A lot.

This blog’s first purpose is to catalog my journey from a novice cyclist to… whatever I become.  This page will contain my current goals and achievements.  My posts will be about my training progress, racing results, thoughts on fitness, nutrition, cycling, running, fitness, and anything else related to my cycling career.

The best way to stay up-to-date is to follow this blog.  The next-best way is to follow me on Strava.  Just by reading the titles of my rides/runs, you can see what’s going on with me and my training.  I use Strava every time I go out, and I encourage everyone to use it as well.
